People first.

Well-supported, properly managed and professional staff are what deliver the service our clients expect. So we look after our people, and we expect professionalism from the first hello.

PROTECT•PREVENT•RESPOND

What you can expect from us

  • Well supported

Properly managed, backed up when it matters, and listened to.

  • Customer service matters

How you treat people counts as much as how you keep them safe.

  • SIA licensed

Licensed roles need the right SIA licence. We track licences and expiry dates for you.

  • Part of a team

You work alongside venue and site teams, and alongside us.

Two ways to work with LSG

Employment

Door supervisors and security officers employed by LSG, working at venues and sites across our area. Tell us your SIA licence, your experience and when you can work. You will need the right SIA licence for the role and the right to work in the UK.

Security subcontractors

Self-employed security professionals and security businesses who want to work with us. Apply the same way and say you are a subcontractor; we ask for your licence and business details, UTR and insurance later.

Applying does not make you an employee or a subcontractor of LSG. We review every application and decide whether to take it further.

How it works

Four steps. No documents until onboarding.

  1. 01

    Apply

Fill in the short form below, or email us. No documents at this stage.

  2. 02

    We review it

We read every application and come back to you.

  3. 03

    We talk

If it looks like a fit, we arrange a conversation.

  4. 04

    Onboarding

If we go ahead, onboarding runs through our operational system, where licence and right-to-work checks happen.

Apply

A short form. We do not ask for documents here: no licence scans, no CV, no ID.

Applications by form open soon. Until then, email recruitment@lsgsecurity.co.uk with your name, phone number, SIA licence and when you can work.
