We plan to offer an out-of-hours telephone divert for hotels and businesses across Cumbria and North Lancashire. Your landline diverts to us overnight, and we take the call.

We plan to cover 22:00 to 06:00. The hours are confirmed when we agree the arrangement.
Will someone come out?
Only if attendance is part of what we agree, for example alongside key holding. See Key Holding.
Is this alarm monitoring?
No. We answer calls and pass on messages. Your alarm monitoring stays with your monitoring company.
