Proactive rather than reactive.

A patrol gives your site a visible presence. We would rather prevent a problem wherever we can than respond once something has gone wrong.

What a patrol can include

  • Scheduled and varied visits

Patrols at set times, or visits we vary so they are harder to predict.

  • Site checks

External checks, plus the site checks we agree with you.

  • Locking and unlocking

Opening up and locking up your premises as part of a visit.

  • Incident attendance

Attending your site when something happens.

  • Key holding response

Response that works alongside our key holding service.

  • Activity records

Patrol activity is recorded and evidenced through our operational systems.

Two ways to patrol

Mobile patrols

Officers visit your site by vehicle. It suits sites that need checking rather than an officer stationed there: scheduled or varied visits, external checks, locking and unlocking, and attendance when something happens.

On each visit we look for damage or signs that someone has got in, check the security points we can reach, lock or unlock if that is agreed, and report anything wrong.

Patrols planned around your site.

We agree the checks, the timings and what happens if something is wrong. Every patrol follows that plan, and each visit is recorded.

You need to know the checks are being done, so you get a clear report of each visit.
